Learn the traditional art of Shotokan Karate at….. Beginners and Karate-ka from all associations are welcome to train with us.

Instructor Chris Dagnan 3rd Dan is a member of the international Kase-ha Shotokan-ryu Karate-do Instructors Academy (KSKA).

We are members of the English Shotokan Academy, founded in 1990 by the late Sensei Steve Cattle 6th Dan, a democratic organisation run by its members for its members - not for profit.

We follow the teachings of the late Sensei Taiji Kase 9th Dan (former JKA Europe Chief Instructor - shown to the right), “we simply want to get better”.
